Civic Center

A purpose-built facility designed to improve access to services and provide space for community use.

The Civic Center is a new facility designed to improve how the District serves the community by providing a functional, accessible space for both public services and community use. In addition to housing administrative operations and customer services, the building includes a large community center, providing a gathering space intended to support events, programs, and local activities.

The image depicts an architectural rendering of the Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District's new civic center building.

This combined civic and community-focused design allows the facility to serve not only as a place to access services, but also as a shared space for residents, supporting both day-to-day needs and long-term community use.
