The undersigned applicant, in consideration of being supplied with water service on the herein named premises, agrees to pay for the services, and further agrees to the rules and regulations of the Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District (District). This contract shall at all times be subject to changes or modifications by the District. Additionally: District retains title to all water meters. Failure to return water meter, or damage to the water meter will result in the forfeiture of part or all of the deposit. District does not guarantee continuous delivery of water on demand, and nor does it assume any responsibility for damages which may occur as a result of any interruption of water service. It is each customer's responsibility to install and maintain an approved backflow protection device to safeguard the public water system. Construction water will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, without exception. No nights, weekends or holiday use without District approval. Construction water will be used at the approved point of connection only. Changes to connection point must be approved in advance. Fire hydrant will be either ALL ON or ALL OFF. Water flow control must be done with the valve on the meter. READ MUST BE CALLED INTO THE OFFICE BY THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH TO AVOID METER CONFISCATION AND FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT.
